Our Garden

Our garden seems to be doing really well. The corn grows about a foot a week. I was in the garden weeding the corn and Dad was mowing the lawn and didn't know that I was in the garden. He came around the house and saw this brown thing in the garden and thought it was a dog and was going to yell at it to get it out. He then realized it was me and thought better about yelling.

4th of July

Sam and I bought these shirts at the Bass Pro Shop back in Iowa when we went back to visit Chanda and Derek. I have been saving them to wear on the 4th and almost forgot we had them. We went into to town to eat and pick up a few thing s and got stopped by about everyone we happened to meet. Everyone wanted to know where we picked them up at and then seemed disappointed when we told them they would have to go to Iowa or order them on line at a Bass Pro Shop. Anyway long story to say Happy 4th of July.

I have learned a lot about this blog spot and how to down load pictures. Pretty frustrating at first but I think it will get better the more I use it. This computer would be a lot better if it would just think like I do and do what I want it to do.

Tie Dye

Tori came over and we had fun tie dying her a shirt and 4 pillow cases. She had seen some show on the disney channel and was all excitied about trying it out. Looks great Tori you did a good job!

Back Yard Bar B Que

We decided that we needed to try out the fire pit and see how it works.
It works great!
